1Welcome To Puerto Maldonado – Monkey Island

Welcome to this beautiful place in Puerto Maldonado, our Sullpayky Experiences family will meet you at the airport and take you to the office to register.

The «Rescating Cultural Values» Project, located on Gamitana Island, is working with two native families which showed the culture of their ancestors, their language and customs, clothing and dances, traditions. In our modern and civilized world, we have almost forgotten the existence of ancient cultures and traditions. An ancient indigenous tradition such as the Ese´Eja reveals the customs and way of life of the indigenous peoples. They give us the opportunity to have direct contact with a people of ancient warriors and hunters and share their ancestral customs.
